A workshop would end, everyone would seem happy with how it went, and we would still be thinking about the person who only started talking once everyone else had left.
Someone would show us a beautifully designed eLearning course, and we would find ourselves wondering how it would fit into an already full working day.
We could spend longer than we probably should comparing three perfectly workable versions of the same activity instruction, because none of them sounded natural enough.
And sometimes, things just work out.
Someone would make the connection before we explained it, a discussion would find its own momentum, and an activity would do exactly what it needed to do.
Those moments stayed with us. So did the questions.

Our team consists of people who have earned a reputation for overthinking learning more than is strictly necessary.
We are quite comfortable with that.
